Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as you required
Oregano for sprinkle
Butter for brush
Stuffing Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1 Breast
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Barbecue Sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp (Chopped)
Oil 2 tbsp
Lettuce as you required
Mayonnaise as you required
Tomato as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar, Salt and mix it well and then knead it with warm milk for 5 minutes and then add Butter and knead it for 2 minutes. Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours on room temperature.
Step 2: After that dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and then rolling the dough and cut it into slices (like pizza slices) and then roll it and make all Croissants with this method, and then cover it and rest it for 30 minutes in room temperature, and Preheat the oven for 30 minutes on 200c.
Step 3: Take a pan and add Oil, Garlic and slightly fry it and then add chicken and stir it and cook it until it become into white color and then add salt and stir it and then add Chilli Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, Mustard Paste and stir it well and then add Onion and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that turn off the flame and then shredded the chicken.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Lettuce, Mayonnaise and mix it well.
Step 5: Now take a Croissant and cut it and divide into 2 pieces, now spread Lettuce, Mayonnaise from step 4 and then place chicken from step 3 and then place 2 slice tomato and cover it. Your Croissant is Ready. Follow this and make all Croissants.
