Ingredients:
Eggs 6
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Thyme 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
BredCrumbs as you required
Plain Flour 1/4 Cup
Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add 5 Eggs and then add Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce, Thyme and Oregano 1 pinch and whisk it well and then take a metal/steel bowl and grease with oil and then put this egg batter and cover with Aluminium foil/lid and place into a large pot and then put water around it and cover with lid and cook/steam it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 2: After that your egg is ready. Now cut it into finger shape slices and then leave them until they become into room temperature.
Step 3: After that take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Corn Flour, Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Thyme and Oregano 1 pinch and mix it well. Your Dry Batter is Ready.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add 1 egg and whisk it well.
Step 5: Now take a egg slice (from step 2) and coat with dry batter (from step 3) and then coat with egg and then coat with BredCrumbs. Follow this and make all Egg sticks. After that deep fry them until they becomes into golden brown color. Now your Crunchy Egg Fingers are ready.
