Plain Flour 2 Cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Milk/Water as you required
Sugar 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 Litre
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Custard 4 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate 1 Cup (Grated)
Fresh Cream 1/2 Cup
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Milk Powder, Yeast and mix it well and then add Warm Milk/Water and knead it well and then add Butter and knead it for 5 minutes and then cover it for 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 2: Now take a pot and add milk and boiled it and then add Sugar and stir it well and boiled it well and then add Vanilla Essence and stir it well. Now take a bowl and add Vanilla Custard and add 1/4 cup normal milk and mix it well and then put it into pot gradually and stir it well for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame and then turn off the flame. Your Custard is ready and rest it until it become into room temperature.
Chocolate Ganache Direction:
Step 3: Take a bowl and add Dark Chocolate, Fresh Cream and melt it into microwave for 2 minutes and stir it well. Your Chocolate Ganache is Ready.
Step 4: Now rolling the dough and cut it into circle shape with cutter and then cover it and rise again for 15 minutes and then deep fry it into karahi until it become into golden brown color. Follow this and make all Doughnuts and rest them until they become into room temperature.
Step 5: Now take a Doughnut and hole it and fill it with custard and dip it into Chocolate Ganache and sprinkle bunties. Your Custard Doughnut is ready. Follow this and make all Custard Doughnuts with this method.
