Plain Flour 1 Cup (125 gms)
Powdered Sugar 1 Cup (125 gms)
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla Custard Powder 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Step 1: Take a large pot and put salt and place a net stand and cover with lid and preheat it on medium to low flame until cake batter is ready for baking.
Step 2: Take 2 bowls and add eggs separately (egg white and egg yolk) First beat to egg white until it become into whipped cream shape.
Step 3: After that go for egg yolk but here you should add powdered sugar gradually and beat it for some seconds and then add Vanilla Custard Powder, Vanilla Essence and beat it again for some second. Now put this egg yolk into egg white bowl and beat it for some seconds.
Step 4: After that take plain flour and add Baking Powder and mix it well and add it gradually and fold the batter. Now your batter is ready.
Step 5: Now take a cake mold and grease with oil and place a butter paper and put this cake batter and set it well and bake it into preheated pot for 25 minutes on medium to low flame.
Oven User: Preheat for 25 minutes on 180c and bake for 20 minutes on 180c.
Microwave: Bake for 5 to 10 minutes on full power or depend on your micro power.
Step 6: After baked cut it into small pieces and chill it and then spread some whipped cream or simple cream and place cherry. Your Custard Cake is Ready.
