Dahi Phulki Recipe With Homemade Phulkiyan. A Special Ramadan Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Moong Dal Flour 1 Cup
Baking Soda 1+1/2 tsp
Water as You Required
Salt 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Dahi Phulki:
Yogurt 1 Kg
Boiled Potato 2 (Chopped)
Onion and Tomato (Chopped)
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Moong Dal Flour and add water gradually and mix it well and make a soft batter (Like a Cake Batter) and then beat it for 5 minutes and After that Cover with lid and rest it for 15 minutes on room temperature.
Step 2: After 15 minutes remove lid and add Baking Soda and mix it well with hands.
Step 3: Now take a Oil heated karahi and put some batter gradually with hands (Like a Small balls) and half fry it (Approx it will take 5 minutes) and When all batter is half fried then fry it again but completly until desir color become. After that rest it for 1 hour in room temperature.
Step 4: Now Soaked the phulkiyan. For this take a bowl and add water and add 1 tbsp salt and mix it well and add this phulkiyan for 30 minutes.
Step 5: After that dry it’s water with hands and go for making dahi phulkiyan. For this take a large bowl and add Yogurt, Black Salt and mix it well.
Step 6: Take another bowl and add phulkiyan, Boiled Potato, Onion and Tomato and then put yogurt (from Step 5) and then put Green Chutney, Tamarind Chutney and Chaat Masala. Your Dahi Phulkiyan is Ready.
