Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
  • Tomatoes 2 (Chopped)
  • Onion 2 (Chopped)
  • Yogurt 1/2 Cup
  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Bay Leaf 1
  • Green Cardamom 2
  • Cloves 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
  • Boiled Egg 1

Direction/Method:

  1. Take a pan and add Oil and add Cumin, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Cloves and stir it and slightly roast it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly cook it and then add onion and stir it and cook (for 1 minute on medium flame) until it become into light pink color and then add Tomatoes and stir it and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame with lid.
  2. After that remove lid and stir it and add Chicken and Stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and then add Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and stir it and use medium flame now and after stir add Yogurt and mix it well and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame with lid.
  3. After that remove lid and stir it and Use High flame now and add Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala Powder and stir it and then add Green Chilli, Green Coriander and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on very low flame. After that Your Chicken Bharta is Ready. You can Serve with Boiled Eggs.
