Domino’s Style Tandoori Hot Pizza

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Chicken Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1 Cup (Cubes)
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Shangrila Natural Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

Makai Ka Aata as you required
Pizza Sauce as you required
Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Grated (as you required)
Jalapeno as you required
Chopped Capsicum as you required
Olives as you required
Oregano as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Shangrila Natural Vinegar and mix it well and then add Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Shangrila Chilli Sauce, Oil and mix it well and rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3: After that take a pan and put this chicken and then stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and add Shangrila Lemon Juice and stir it well and turn off the flame. Your Chicken tikka is ready.

Step 4: Now dust Makai Ka Aata on kitchen slab and place pizza dough and press it and rolling it and then take a baking tray and put this dough on it and then fork it and then spread pizza sauce and then sprinkle Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Grated and then place chicken tikka and then place Chopped Capsicum, Jalapeno, Olives and again Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Grated and then sprinkle Oregano and bake it for 30 minutes on medium to low flame in pot. Your Pot Should be Preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame. You can also bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 200c. Your Oven should be preheated on 200c for 30 minutes.
