Dairy Cream 2 Packets (400ml)
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Milk as you required (1/4 Cup)
Dark Chocolate 200 gms
Milk Powder 4 tbsp
Powder Sugar 1/2 Cup
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Dark Chocolate and melt it into microwave 1 minute or you can melt it into double boiler and then fill it into ice cream Popsicle molds and set it well, and freeze it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Now take a large bowl and add Dairy Cream 400ml and beat/whisk it well and then add Powder Sugar and beat it and then add Vanilla Essence, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar and beat/whisk it well. After that add Milk and mix it well.
Step 3: Now take Freeze Popsicle molds from step 1 and then fill them with this cream batter and then cover the mold with sticks and freeze it for 1 day into freezer. After that your Choco Bar Ice Cream is Ready.
