Chapli Kabab Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 Kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Green Chili 10 (Chopped)
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • All Spice Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Dry Coriander 2 tbsp (Crushed)
  • Button Red Chili 2 tbsp (Crushed)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 2 (Chopped)
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil 1/2 Cup

Ingredients Hyderabadi Biryani:

  • Mutton 1/2 Kg
  • Garlic Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  • Paste of Green Coriander, Mint and 6 Green Chili (2tbsp)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fry Onion 1/2 Cup
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • All Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace and Green Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kachri Powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 Cup
  • Ingredients for Rice:

  • Rice 2 Cups (Soak for 1 hour)
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Fry Onion
  • Kewra Essence 1/4 tsp
  • Food Color 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Green Chili 6
  • Mint Leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
  • 3 Liter Water

Bihari Boti Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 Kg
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 Cup
  • Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
  • Onion 1 tbsp (Fry)
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy Seeds 1 tsp
  • Star anise 1/4 tsp (Powder)
  • All Spice powder 1 tsp
  • Kachri Powder 1 tbsp
  • Coal for Smoke
  • Oil 1/4 Cup

Mutton Karahi Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 KG
  • Onion 2 (Chopped)
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
