Bonelss Chicken 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp (Powder)
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tbsp
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Samosa Sheet as you required
Mozzarella Cheese as you required


Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and then add chicken and stir it on medium flame until it becomes into white color and then add Onion and stir it well and then add Capsicum, Tomato and stir it well and then add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Oregano and stir it well and then add Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Chilli Sauce and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then turn off the flame. Now your Fajita Stuffing is Ready.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add plain flour and add some water and mix it well and make flour paste.

Step 3: Now take a samosa sheet and brush flour paste and fold it and make a cone (watch video for proper understanding) and stuff the chicken fajita and add Mozzarella Cheese and fold it. Follow this and fold all samosas and then deep fry them until they become into golden color. Now your Fajita Samosas are Ready.
