Plain Flour 2 Cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required
Chicken 1 Breast
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Powder 1 tsp
Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oregano 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Grated Mozzarella Cheese as you required
Grated Cheddar Cheese as you required
Thyme as you required (Optional)
Chilli Flakes as you required (Optional)
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt, Baking Powder mix it well and then add Ghee and knead it with Warm Water and rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Chicken Breast and add Vinegar, Salt, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder and mix it well and then add Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce and marinate it for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Now take a pan and add oil and then put this chicken and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame (10 minutes each side) and after that remove the flame and cut it into small pieces and then add Tomato, Capsicum, Onion, Oregano and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that your Stuffing is Ready.
Step 4: Now make balls of the dough and rolling it and make bread and cook it on tawa/pan from both sides (Make Simple Roti) Follow this and make all breads.
Step 5: Now take a bread and place chicken stuffing and put Grated Mozzarella Cheese, Grated Cheddar Cheese and wrap it. Follow this and make all wraps.
Step 6: Take a pan and grease with oil and then place all wraps and sprinkle Grated Mozzarella Cheese and Thyme, Chilli Flakes and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After that your Fajita Wrap Bombs are Ready.
