  • Grewia Asiatica (Phalsa) 1/2 Kg
  • Jaggery/Sugar 100 gms or 1/2 Cup
  • Water 2 Cups
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp


  1. Take a pot and add Grewia Asiatica (Phalsa) and Water 2 Cups and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that chilled it.
  2. Now take a blender jar and blend it. You can also add 4 tbsp water.
  3. Now strainer it and then take a pan and put this and add Jaggery/Sugar and melt it on medium falme and then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Vinegar and mix it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After that Your Falsa Chutney is Ready.
