How to make Falsay Ki Chutney Recipe. Falsay Ki Khatti Meethi Chatni by Kitchen With Amna
- Grewia Asiatica (Phalsa) 1/2 Kg
- Jaggery/Sugar 100 gms or 1/2 Cup
- Water 2 Cups
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Take a pot and add Grewia Asiatica (Phalsa) and Water 2 Cups and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that chilled it.
- Now take a blender jar and blend it. You can also add 4 tbsp water.
- Now strainer it and then take a pan and put this and add Jaggery/Sugar and melt it on medium falme and then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Vinegar and mix it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After that Your Falsa Chutney is Ready.
