Fish Biryani Recipe How to make Fish Biryani Restaurant Style Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Rice 1/2 kg (Boiled)
- Fenugreek Leaves 1/4 Cup
- Onion 1 (Chopped)
- Tomato 1 (Chopped)
- Yogurt 1/2 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
- Yellow Food Color 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Green Coriander as you required
- Green Chili 3 (Chopped)
- Kewra Water Some Drops
- Oil 1/2 Cup
Direction/Method:
- Take a bowl add Yogurt and Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and mix it well. Now marinate to Fish with this mixture/Paste.
- Take a Pot and add Oil and add Onion and fry it until it become into light brown color after that add Fenugreek Leaves and slightly cook it and add Tomatos and stir it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame with cover.
- Now add marinated Fish and Cook One Side for 5 minutes on medium flame with cover. After that open the pot Cover and turn all fish pieces and Cook Second Side for Further 5 minutes on medium Flame with Cover.
- After that add Boiled Rice and Set it well and Sprinkle Yellow food color, Kewra Water, Chopped Green Chili and Green Coriander and Cover it and Cook for 15 minutes on very low flame. After that mix it and serve it. Your Fish Biryani is Ready. Enjoy it.
