Chicken fajita samosa Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 Small (Chopped)
Tomato 1 Small (Chopped)
Onion Small 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Powder/Paste 1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Chicken fajita samosa Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and preheat it and then add chicken and stir it and fry it until it become white and then add Ginger Garlic Powder, Black Pepper Powder,
Coriander Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Vinegar and stir it and cook for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. After that add Onion, Tomato, Capsicum and stir it and cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame with stir and then add Chilli Sauce and stir it and turn off the flame. Your Stuffing is Ready.

Step 2: Take a Samosa Sheet and stuff it and fold it. (Watch Video for proper understanding) Make all the samosas with this method and freeze it for 1 month in plastic zip bag.

Spring Samosa Ingredients:

Boiled Chicken 1/2 Cup (Shredded)
Cabbage 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 Small (Chopped)
Carrot 1 Small (Chopped)
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Spring Samosa Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and add Carrot and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Green Onion and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Capsicum and stir it and slightly fry it for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. After that add Boiled Chicken and stir it and then add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Vinegar and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your stuffing is ready.

Boiled Potato 1 (Mashed)
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Onion Small 1 (Chopped)
Coriander 1/2 tsp (Crushed)

Potato Samosa Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boiled Potato, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Green Chilli, Onion Small, Coriander and mix it well. your stuffing is ready.

Chicken Cheese Samosa Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese Cubes as you required
Oil 4 tbsp

Chicken Cheese Samosa Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it and then add Chicken Mince and stir it and cook it until it become into white color and then add 2 tbsp water and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Onion, Green Chilli, salt, Black Pepper Powder and stir it well. Now your stuffing is ready.

Step 2: Take a Samosa Sheet and stuff it with Mozzarella Cheese Cubes and fold it. (Watch Video for proper understanding) Make all the samosas with this method and freeze it for 1 month in plastic zip bag.
