Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required

Chicken Ingredients:

Chicken 1 Breast
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Carrot 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Cabbage 4 tbsp (Chopped)

Mayo Sauce Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 Pinch
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Coating Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Bread Crumbs as you required


Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 2: Make small balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and half cook on tawa/pan from both sides. Follow this and make all thin breads.

Step 3: Take a bowl and add Chicken Breast and add Vinegar and marinate it. Now take another bowl and add Yogurt, Turmeric Powder, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and mix it well and then spread on Chicken Breast and rest it for 30 minutes and then take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and cook it on medium to low flame for 15 minutes. After that mashed the chicken and add Onion, Carrot, Green Chilli, Cabbage and mix it well. Your Shawarma filling is ready.

Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Mayonnaise, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Vinegar and mix it well. Your Mayo Sauce is ready.

Step 5: Take a bread and spread Mayo Sauce and then place chicken filling and then roll it. Follow this and make all shawarma rolls.

Step 6: Now take a roll and coat into egg and then roll into Bread Crumbs and then again coat into eggs and then coat with Bread Crumbs. Follow this and make all rolls and then deep fry them until they become into golden color. Your Fried Shawarma are ready.
