Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Warm Water as you required
Boneless Chicken 1 Breast
Oil 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp (Both)
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tsp
Olives 6 (Chopped)
Jalapeño 6 (Chopped)
Shangrila Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup (Grated)
Corn Flakes/Bread Crumbs as you required
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Milk Powder and mix it well and knead with Water and add Melted Butter and knead it well for 5 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken Breast and cut with knife and then add Red Chili Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Ginger Garlic Powder, Shangrila Vinegar, Oil and marinate it and rest it for 30 minutes.
Step 3: After that take a pan and add marinated chicken and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that cut it into small pieces (mince) and add Olives, Jalapeño, Shangrila Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese and mix it well.
Step 4: Now make small balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and stuff this chicken and bind it and make a ball. Follow this and make all balls. After that coat them into eggs and then coat with Corn Flakes/Bread Crumbs. Follow this and make all balls and then deep fry them until they become into golden color. Now your Fried Pizza Bombs are Ready.
