Fruit Custard Seviyan Recipe. Eid Special Recipes by Kitchen With Amna
Mango Custard Powder 4 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Boiled Colorful Seviyan 1 Cup
Fruit Cocktail 1 Cup
Pistachios 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Milk 1 Litre
Step 1: Take a pot and add Milk 1 Litre and boiled it and then add sugar and stir it until it’s melted.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Milk 1/2 Cup and add Mango Custard Powder 4 tbsp and mix it well.
Step 3: Now put this custard mixture gradually into boiled milk and stir it. Use medium flame here and cook for 1 minutes with stir and then turn off the flame and add Boiled Colorful Seviyan and mix it well.
Step 4: Now take a serving dish and first make a custard layer and then put Fruit Cocktail and then again put custard and make second custard layer and then put again Fruit Cocktail and then again make a custard layer and in last sprinkle Pistachios. Your fruit custard seviyan is ready.
