Carrot 2 kg (Grated)
Khoya 1 Cup (300 gms)
Boiled Eggs 2 (Optional)
Milk 1 Liter
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg and Mace Powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 Cup
Ghee 1/2 Cup
Pistachio 1 tbsp
Step 1: Take a pot and add Grated Carrot and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on high to medium flame. After that add Milk and stir it and cook it on medium flame until milk become dried (30 to 40 minutes or depend on pot and flame). After that add Sugar and stir it and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame or when water dried. After that add Nutmeg and Mace Powder, Green Cardamom Powder and stir it.
Step 2: After that take a pan and add ghee and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame and then use low flame and put it into halwa pot and then stir it and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame with stir.
Step 3: After that add 1/2 khoya and stir it and then add 1/2 Almond and Pistachio and stir it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now your Gajar ka Halwa is Ready. Now you can garnish with Boiled Eggs and Almond and Pistachios.
