Carrot 1/2 Kg (Grated)
Milk 1 Litre
Khoya 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Step 1: Take a pot and add milk and boiled it and then add Carrots and stir it and then cook it for 5 minutes on high flame. After that cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: After that remove the lid and stir it and then add Sugar, Green Cardamom Powder and stir it well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that add Khoya and mix it well and then add Ghee and stir it well and then add Pistachio, Almond and stir it well for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame.
Step 4: Now take a pan and grease with oil and then put this batter and set it well and rest it for 1 hour in room temperature. After that cut it into burfi size. Your Gajar Ki Barfi is Ready.
