Plain Flour 2 Cups
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Warm Milk as you required
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Dry Parsley 1 tsp
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Garlic Powder, Salt, Sugar, Instant Yeast and mix it and then knead it with light warm milk and add Melted Butter and knead it for 10 minutes. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours (or until it’s rise) in room temperature.
Step 2: After that remove cover and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and then make a roll and then cut it into small balls and then take a pan and grease with oil/butter and place all balls on it.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add 2 tbsp melted butter and garlic powder and mix it and brush on the balls and then sprinkle the dry pasrsley and it’s ready for bake now.
Step 4: Now bake it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with cover and then turn it and again bake for 5 minutes on low flame. After that your garlic dinner rolls is ready.
Oven Users: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c.
