- Plain Flour 1/2 Cup
- Semolina 1/2 Cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Water as you required

- Water 4 Cups
- Mint Leaves 24
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Green Chili 1
- Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
- Black Salt 1 tsp
- White Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
- Lemon 2 (Juice)
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
- Aniseed 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
Ingredient for Tamarind Water:
- Water 3 Cups
- Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
- Black Salt 1 tsp
- White Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Salt 1/2 tsp
- Button Red Chili 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
- Dry Coriander powder 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
- Aniseed 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
- Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
Ingredient for Sweet Tamarind Sauce:
- Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
- Jaggery 1/2 Cup (Melt into Water)
- Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
- White Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
