Gol Gappay or Pani Puri

Ingredient for Gol Gappay:

  1. Plain Flour 1/2 Cup
  2. Semolina 1/2 Cup
  3. Salt 1/4 tsp
  4. Water as you required

Ingredient for Green Water:

  1. Water 4 Cups
  2. Mint Leaves 24
  3. Coriander 2 tbsp
  4. Green Chili 1
  5. Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Black Salt 1 tsp
  7. White Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
  9. Lemon 2 (Juice)
  10. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
  11. Aniseed 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)

Ingredient for Tamarind Water:

  1. Water 3 Cups
  2. Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
  3. Black Salt 1 tsp
  4. White Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Lemon Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Button Red Chili 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
  7. Dry Coriander powder 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
  8. Aniseed 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
  9. Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)

Ingredient for Sweet Tamarind Sauce:

  1. Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
  2. Jaggery 1/2 Cup (Melt into Water)
  3. Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
  4. White Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted and Crushed into pan)
  6. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
