How to make Restaurant Style Green Chili Chicken Recipe at Home. A Step by Step Green Chilli Chicken Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 12
Fennel 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pan and add Fennel, Cumin and roast it and then put it into grinder jar and grind it well.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add chicken and add Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and mix it well and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Now take a pot and add 2 tbsp oil and preheat it and then add onion and slightly fry it until it become into soft form and then put it into grinder jar (Cool befor put into jar) and add 8 green chilli and add 1/2 cup yogurt and grind it well. Your Yogurt Paste is Ready.
Step 4: Now take a pot and add remaining oil and preheat it and then add marinated chicken from step 2 and stir it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add yogurt paste from step 3 (use low flame) and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame and cover with lid and cook it for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 5: After that remove the lid and add Black Pepper Powder, remain green chilli (Chopped) and mint and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. After that your Chilli Chicken is Ready.
