Grilled Fish Steak

Fish Steak Ingredients

Fish Fillet 4
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard Powder 1 tsp
Shangrila Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp
Shangrila Chili Sauce 1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 tsp

White Sauce Ingredients:

Milk 1 Cup
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp


Step 1: Take a bowl and add Fish Fillet and add Shangrila Apple Cider Vinegar and mix it well and then add Salt, Paprika Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Mustard Powder and mix it well. After that add Shangrila Chili Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Shangrila Soy Sauce and mix it well and marinate it for 1 hour.

Step 2: After that take a grill/pan and preheat it and grease with oil and then place all fish Steaks and grill them from both sides until they becomes golden brown color.

Step 3: Take a pot and add oil and then add Plain Flour and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Milk gradually and stir it well and then add Salt, Chilli Flakes, Garlic Powder and cook it on medium flame until it becomes into thick form. After that your Sauce is ready.
