Ingredients:

Flint Corn 300 gms (3 Cups)
Jaggery 300 gms
Water 1/4 Cup

Direction:

Step 1: Take a karahi and add salt and preheat it and then put 1 bunch of Flint Corn and stir it and roast it. Using this method and roast all the corn.

Step 2: Now take a pot and add 1/4 cup water and add Jaggery 300 gms and stir it and melt this on medium to low flame. After the melted cook it until it become boiled and then add roasted Flint Corn and stir it on medium to low flame for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame and stir it continuously until it become into room tempearatue and then put it into a separate pan/plate and rest it until it become dried. After that your gur wali makai is ready. Enjoy it.
