Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Green Coriander Paste 4 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 2 tbsp
Shangrila Natural Vinegar 1 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken and add Shangrila Natural Vinegar and mix it well and rest it for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2: Now add Green Coriander Paste, Yogurt, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Green Chilli Paste, Shangrila Lemon Juice and mix it well and rest it for 1 hour.
Step 3: Now take wooden sticks and put the chicken and take a pan/grill and grease with oil and preheat it and then place this chicken sticks and cook it from both sides on medium flame. After that your Green Chicken Tikka are Ready.
