Healthy Baked Pakora and Samosa Without Oven. Ramadan Recipes For Iftar by Kitchen With Amna. A Step by Step Complete Healthy Pakora and Samosa Recipes Without Oven at Home by Amna Riaz.

Ingredients:

Chickpea Flour 1 Cup
Onion 1/2 Chopped
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Pomogranate Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Water as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Chickpea Flour, Onion, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Pomogranate Seeds Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Seeds, Ajwain, Garlic Powder, Turmeric Powder, Pink Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Olive Oil and mix with (as you required) water. Your batter Should be thick form not too thin. After that add Baking Soda and mix it well.

Step 2: Now take a baking tray and grease with oil and put butter paper or baking paper and grease with oil. After that put batter in shape of small balls (Like pakora shape) and keep distance between each pakora.

Without Oven User: Take a pot and put some salt and put stand or metal bowl and cover with lid and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and then put baking tray and bake it for 10 minutes (each side for 5 minutes) on medium flame.

Oven User: preheat for 15 minutes on 280c and bake for 10 minutes on 280c

Dough Ingredients:

Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Pink Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as you required

Filling Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Lemon 1/2
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Wheat Flour, Cumin, Pink Salt and mix it well and then add Olive Oil and mix it well and then add as you required water and knead it (Dough Should be hard form) and rest it for 15 minutes with cover on room temperature.

Step 2: Now make samosa stuffing. For this take a pan and add Olive Oil, onion and slightly fry it and then add chicken Mince and slightly cook it and then add Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Pink Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Green Chilli and mix it well and add lemon and mix it and add Green Coriander and cook for 3 minutes on medium to low flame with lid.

Step 3: Now take a pot and put some salt and stand and cover with lid and preheat it until all samosas are prepread.

Step 4: Now make small balls of dough and roll it and cut it from center and make a cone and fill it with chicken filling and bind it and make all samosa with this method.

Step 5: Now take a baking tray and grease with oil and place all samosas and bake for 30 minutes on medium to low flame.

Oven User: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 30 minutes on 200c.
