Puff Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 Cup (125 gms)
Butter 1/2 Cup (100 gms)
Water 1 Cup (250ml)
Eggs 4
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 Cup

Cream Ingredients:

Fresh Cream 400ml
Icing Sugar 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Water, Milk, Butter, Salt, Sugar and mix it and melt it on medium flame and then boil it for 1 minute. After that add Plain Flour and stir it continuously for 4 minutes on medium to low flame. After that turn off then flame a put it into a bowl and rest it until it become into room temperature.

Step 2: After that add eggs one by one and beat it well. Now take a piping bag and fill it and then take a baking tray and place a butter paper only and make small size puff on it with piping bag and nozzle and then bake it into preheated oven (200c for 30 minutes) and bake it for 20 minutes on 200c.

Step 3: Now take a bawl and put Fresh Cream and beat it for 5 minutes on low speed and then add icing sugar gradually and beat it on low flame and then add Vanilla Essence and slightly beat it again. Now your cream is Ready.

Step 4: Now take a baked puff and push piping bag nuzzal and fill it with cream. Now fill all the puff. Your Cream Puff is Ready.
