  • White Lentil 250 gms
  • Soaked for 2 Hours
  • Garlic Cloves 4
  • Onion 1/2 (Medium Size)
  • Green Chilli 4
  • Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Dahi Baray:

  • Yogurt 1 Kg
  • Tamarind Chutney 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Button Red Chilli and Cumin (Crushed and Roasted)
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
