How to make Imli Ki Khatti Meethi Toffee (Khatti Meethi Toffee) by Kitchen With Amna.

Imli Ki Toffee


Tamarind Pulp 1.5 Cups
Jaggery 1 Cup
Dates 10 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Black Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp


Step 1: Take a pot and add Dates and then add 1 cup water and cook it on medium flame until it’s becomes soft and it’s water becomes dry. After that add Tamarind Pulp and stir it well and then add Jaggery and stir it and melt it on medium flame.

Step 2: After that add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala and stir it well on medium flame for 5 minutes or until it become into thick form.

Step 3: After that turn off the flame and rest in on room temperature until it become cool. After that take cling film wrap and cut it into small pieces and fill them and make Imli Ki Toffee.
