How to make Italian Baked Eggs Recipe Without Oven. A Breakfast Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
Milk 1/4 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Green Onion 1 Large (Chopped)
Olives 5 (Chopped)
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1/4 tsp (Crushed)
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Step 1: Take a pan and add Oil and add Green Onion (White Part) and stir it and fry it and then add Tomato, Capsicum and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that add Green Onion (green Part) and stir it and turn off the flame.
Step 2: Now take a large pot/patila/cooker and put and spread salt and place any metal stant/bowl and cover with lid and preheat it on high flame for 5 minutes or until batter is ready for bake.
Step 3: Take a large bowl and add Milk, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Paprika Powder, Oregano and mix it well and then add eggs and whisk it well.
Step 4: Now take a baking mould and brush with oil and then sprinkle Cheddar Cheese and then put and spread vegetables (from Step 1) and then put egg batter (from Step 2) and then place Olives and sprinkle Button Red Chilli. Now this is ready for Bake.
For Without Oven: Now bake it for 45 minutes or more on medium to low flame
For Oven Users: Preheat for 20 minutes on 250c and Bake it for 25 minutes on 250c.
