Ingredients:

  • Black Carrots 1 Kg
  • Black Salt 2 tbsp
  • Black Mustard Seeds 4 tbsp
  • Water 4 Liters

Direction/Method:

  1. First of all Peel the Black Carrots. and Cut into Finger Slices.
  2. Now take a grinder jar and add Black Mustard Seeds and Slightly grind it.
  3. Now take a Mud Vessel or Airtight Container and add Black Carrots, Black Salt, Black Mustard Seeds Powder, Water and mix it well and Cover it and Leave it in sunlight for 4 days. After that Your Black Carrots Kanji Drink is Ready.
