Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Powder Sugar 1/2 Cup
Ghee 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Baking Powder/Soda 1/4 tsp
Yeast 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Sesame as you required
Yellow Food Color 1 Pinch
Direction:
Step 1: Take 2 bowls and add 2 egg white and 1 yolk in First bowl and add one egg yolk second bowl.
Step 2: Now take large bowl and add Ghee, Powder Sugar and whisk it and then add 2 egg white and 1 yolk and Green Cardamom Powder and whisk/beat it well.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Baking Powder/Soda, Yeast and mix it and then add Egg batter (from step 2) and knead it well. Now your Dough is Ready. Now rest it for 1 Hour with cover.
Step 4: After 1 Hour make small balls and press it and place on baking tray and spread egg yolk (add Yellow Food Color into yolk and mix it well) and then sprinkle Sesame. Follow this Steps for all. Now this is Ready for Baking.
Without Oven: Preheat Patila/cooker for 15 minutes on medium flame and bake for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c.
