Keema Tikki Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Boiled Potato 2 (Mashed)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Cumin 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Green Chili 2 (Chopped)
Small Onion 1 (Grated)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Besan Ingredients:
Gram Flour 1 Cup
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Mashed Boiled Potato, Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander Seeds, Green Coriander, Cumin, Chili Flakes, Green Chili, Small Onion, Salt and mix it well and then make tikki/kababs with hands.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Gram Flour, Red Chili Powder, Salt and mix it well and then add water as you required and mix it well. Now your basen batter is ready.
Step 3: Now take keema tikki/kabab and coat with besan batter and Shallow frying it. Follow this and make all besan keema tikki. Now your besan keema tikki are ready.
