Ingredients:
Chickpea Flour 1 Cup
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Mint 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Egg 1
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Onion, Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chilli, Chilli Flakes, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Ajwain, Salt, Garlic Powder, Chickpea Flour, Egg and mix it well and then add water (as you required) and mix it well and make pakora batter. Your Pakora batter is ready.
Step 2: Now deep fry them on medium flame until it become into golden brown color. Now your Special Keema Pakora recipe is Ready.
