Ingredients:
Okra (Bhindi) 250 gms
Potato 1 (Cut into Finger Size)
Chickpeas Flour 4 tbsp
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Cut the Okra/Bhindi into 4 slices and remove the seeds.
Step 2: Take a Bowl and add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Ajwain and mix it well, now (half) sprinkle it on Okra/Bhindi and remaining (half) on Potato and mix it well.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Chickpeas Flour, Rice Flour and mix it well, now (half) sprinkle it on Okra/Bhindi and remaining (half) on Potato and mix it well.
Step 4: Now fry it on medium flame. Your Kurkure Aloo aur Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe is Ready.
