How to make Crunchy & Juicy Kurkure Chicken Momos Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 Cup
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as you required

Filling Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Green Chili 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Oil 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese as you required

Coating Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Corn Flakes as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well and add Water and knead it well and then cover it and rest it for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Take a pot and add Oil and then add 1/2 onion and stir it and fry it until it become into white color and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Chili Flakes, Turmeric Powder and mix it well and add Tomato and mix it well and add 1/2 cup water and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and add chicken mince and stir it well and add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that remove the lid and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add 1/2 onion and add green chili and stir it well and cover with lid for 5 minutes on low flame. After that your filling is ready.

Step 4: Now make small balls of the dough and rolling it and place some chicken filling and then place a cheese slice and binding it. Follow this method and make all Momos. Watch Video for proper Understanding.

Step 5: Now take a momo and coat with egg and then coat with Corn Flakes and follow this and make all momos and then deep fry them until they become into golden brown color. After that your Kurkure Chicken Momos are ready.
