Lachha Dar Paratha Freeze for 3 months. A Frozen Paratha Recipe by Kitchen With Amna
- Plain Flour 2 Cups
- Semolina 1/4 Cup
- Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Water as You Required
- Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Semolina, Powdered Sugar, Salt and mix it and then add Ghee and mix it well and then knead it with water (Dough Should be in Standard form, not too hard and not too soft) and rest it for 15 minutes with cover.
- Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and spread ghee on the kitchen slab and then press the ball and rolling it and then spread ghee on it and then cut this in narrow lines and then roll it and make a ball again and press it and rolling again and put on the preheated tawa. Cook it from both sides and spread ghee. When Desir color become then your paratha is ready.
- For 1 Week Freeze: Simply rolling the paratha and then take 2 butter paper and put on it from both sides.
- For 3 months Freeze: cook for 30 second from each side and then store in plastic bag and then freeze it.
