Lahori Chicken Karahi Recipe With Tandoori Roti on Tawa Without Yeast Recipe by Kitchen With Amna. A Complete and Easy Recipe for Dinner and Lunch time. Make Chicken karahi and make Tandoori Roti Without yeast and oven/Tandoor.
Tandoori Roti Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 1+1/2 Cup
Plain Flour 1/2 Cup
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk as you required
Oil 2 tbsp
Lahori Chicken Karahi Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Dry Coriander 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon 1 (4 Slices)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 5 to 6
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Tandoori Roti Direction:
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Wheat Flour, Plain Flour, Powder Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt and mix it well and then add Yogurt and mix it well and then knead it with Milk as you required. Knead it for 5 minutes and then add Oil and and mix it well and knead it for 1 minute. Now cover it and rest it for 1/2 to 1 Hour on room temperature.
Step 2: After that make 4 dough balls and then dust dry flour on kitchen slab and place a dough ball and rolling it and then spread water on one side and then place it on preheated tawa (water side should be placed on bottom side of the tawa) cook it on medium flame for 1 minute and then turn the tawa and cook it on medium flame (watch video for proper understanding) until it become into desire color. Follow this and make all tandoori roti.
Lahori Chicken Karahi Direction:
Step 1: Take a karahi and use medium flame and add Oil and then add Onion and slightly fry it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and slightly fry it and then add chicken and stir it until it become into white color and then add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Crushed Dry Coriander, Garam Masala Powder and stir it and then add Tomato and add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2: After that remove the cover and add 3 Green Chilli, Chopped Ginger 1 tsp and stir it and then add 4 tbsp yogurt and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes without cover/lid.
Step 3: After that add Green Coriander, and remaining Green Chilli and ginger and add Lemon and cover it and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. After that Remove the lid and dish out it. Your Lahori Chicken Karahi is Ready.
