Ingredients:

Rohu Fish 2 Kg
Chickpeas Flour 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 1/2 Cup
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black Salt 1/4 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli Paste With 8 Chillies
Garlic Paste 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Ginger Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp

Direction:

Take a large bowl and add Lemon Juice, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Ajwain, Green Chilli Paste, Garlic Paste, Ginger Powder, Paprika Powder and mix it well and then add Chickpeas Flour and 1 beaten egg and mix it well and then add 2 tbsp water (if required) and mix it well. Your Fish Masala is Ready. Now Marinate the fish with this and cover it and rest it for 1 day in fridge and After 1 day fry it into preheated oil on medium flame. Your Lahori Fish Fry is Ready.
