Lahori Khoye waly Chany

Kofta Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1/4 (Chopped)
Green Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Khoya Chany Ingredients:

Chickpea 1/2 Kg (Boiled)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Khoya 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Black Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 Cup
Mango Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take chopper and add Boneless Chicken, Red Chilli Powder, Seekh Kabab Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Green Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt and chopped it well and then make koftas.

Step 2: Take a pot and add Onion and slightly fry it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Tomato and stir it well and slightly fry them and then grind this into grinder and then again put into oil and stir it well and then add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and stir it well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After that add koftas from step 1 and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and then add Yogurt and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that add Boiled Chickpeas and add Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Mango Powder and stir it well and then cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and then add 2 cups water and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Step 4: After that remove the lid and add Khoya, Garam Masala Powder and stir it well on low flame. On other hand take a pan and add ghee 1/4 cup and preheat it well and then turn off the flame and add Paprika Powder and mix it well and put it into Khoya Chany and stir it well and then add Chopped Green Chilli and boiled eggs. Your Lahori Khoya Chany is Ready.
