Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1+1/2 Cups
Powder Sugar 1 Cup
Desi Ghee/Butter 1 Cup
Chickpea Flour 6 tbsp
Almond 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Egg Yolk 1
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tspMace Powder 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and preheat it and then add Almond and roast it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame and dish out it.

Step 2: Take a large pot/patila/Pressure cooker and put 1 cup salt and place a stand and cover with lid and preheat it on medium to low flame until your batter is ready.

Step 3: Now take a large bowl and add desi ghee/butter and beat it for 2 minutes and then add powder sugar and beat it for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Now take another bowl and add Plain Flour, Chickpea Flour, Baking Soda, Green Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Baking Powder and mix it well and then put it into desi ghee/butter and mix it well and then add Roasted Almond from step 1 and mix it well. Now your batter is ready.

Step 5: Now dust dry flour on kitchen slab and rolling the batter and cut it into circle shape or you can make shape with hands.

Step 6: Now take a baking tray and place a butter paper (Do not grease it) and place all naan khatai and bake it into preheated pot/patila/cooker for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your Lahori Naan khatai Without Oven is Ready.

Oven Users: Preheae for 15 minutes on 200c and bake for 15 minutes on 200c.
