Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Cheddar Cheese Grated 2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Oil as you required
Wood stick as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli Paste, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Green Coriander, Cream, cheddar cheese and mix it well, and rest it for 30 minutes (optional).
Step 2: Now take Wood stick and put the chicken and make kabab. Follow this and make all kababs. After that take a pan and add oil and preheat it and then place all kabab sticks and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame each side (Total 20 minutes both sides). After that your Malai Kabab are Ready.
