Ingredients:
Plain Flour 4 Cups
Butter 1/4 Cup
Instant Yeast 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Warm Water as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Instant Yeast, Salt and mix it well and add Warm Water as you required and knead it well and cover it and rest it for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2: Now take a pan and add Butter and melt it on medium flame until it’s color becomes changed.
Step 3: Now make balls of the dough and spread melted butter on them and rest them for 5 minutes.
Step 4: After that take a ball and rolling it until it becomes very thin (Watch video for proper understanding) now spread melted butter and sprinkle dry flour and fold it and then again spread butter and sprinkle dry flour and fold it from other sides. (Watch video for proper understanding) and make 4 layers according to video and bind it and make ball. Follow this and make all dough balls again.
Step 5: Now Take ball and rolling it and put on preheated tawa/pan and cook it from both sides and spread some melted butter. Follow this and make all parathas. Now your Malawa Parathas are ready.
