Masala Paratha Recipe Besan Masala Paratha Vegetable Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour 2 Cups
- Chickpea Flour 1/2 Cup
- Potato 1 (Boiled and Mashed)
- Spinach 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Green Chilies 2 (Chopped)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
- Ajwain 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp for Dough and Remaining for Cook
- Water as You Required
Direction/Method:
- Take a big bowl and add Wheat flour and add Chickpea Flour, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ajwain, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and mix it well. After that add Potato, Spinach, Green Chilies and mix it well and add Ghee 2 tbsp and mix it well after that knead it with required water (Dough Should be hard form) and rest it for 10 minutes in room temperature.
- Now dust dry flour on slab and make desir ball shape for Round Chapati (bread). After that Roller it and put on tawa/pan and cook it both sides with ghee/oil (cook until desir color). Your Masala Paratha Recipe is Ready.
