Mutton Marinate Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 Kg
Raw Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Onion 2 (Chopped and Fried)
Oil 1/4 Cup
Salt 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1 tsp
Dried Plum 5

Biryani Ingredients:

Rice 1/2 Kg (Half Boiled)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Lemon 1 (Chopped)
Yellow Color 1/4 tsp
Water 1 tbsp
Kewra Essence 1/4 tsp
Flour Dough for Handi Covering

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Mutton and all ingredients which are related to (Mutton Marinate Ingredients) above. After that Mix it well and then cover it and marinate it for 2 hours.

Step 2: After that take a pot and add Marinated Mutton and add half boiled Rice and then take some water and add Yellow Color and mix it well and add it into pot and then add Kewra Essence, Green Coriander, Lemon and cover it with lid and cover it’s edge with Flour Dough and cook it on very low flame for 1 hour. After one hour your Matka Mutton Biryani is Ready.
