Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder/Paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
Bread 8 Slices
Eggs 3
Breadcrumbs as you required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and chicken Mince and cook it on medium flame until it become into white color and then add Vinegar, Salt, Garlic Powder/Paste and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and add Onion, Carrot, Green Chilli, Black Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce and stir it well and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that turn off the flame and rest it until it become into room temperature. After that add Mayonnaise and mix it well. Your Filling is Ready.
Step 2: Now take a bread slice and rolling it and then cut it into circle shape with cutter and then dip it into eggs and then coating with breadcrumbs and then deep fry it until it become into golden brown color. Follow this and make all bread slices. After that cut the bread slices into poacket shape and make all poackets of the bread slices.
