Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Pakora Mix Ingredients:
Gram Flour 1 Cup
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Water as you required
Bread 6 Slices
Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and then add onion and slightly fry it and then add chicken and stir it well on medium flame and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it until chicken’s color changed.
Step 2: After that add Tomato and stir it well and then add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and stir it well and then add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and add Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce, Kasuri Methi and stir it well and turn off the flame. Your Pakora Stuffing is ready.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Gram Flour, Salt, Cumin and mix it well and then add Water as you required and mix it well and then add Baking Soda and mix it well. Your Pakora mix is ready.
Step 5: Now take a bread and spread chicken stuffing and then place second bread slice and then cut it into 4 parts. Follow this and make all slices.
Step 6: Now coat the bread slices with pakora batter and deep fry them until they become into golden color. Follow this and make all Mini Bread Pakoras.
