Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 3 Cups
Butter 1/2 Cup (100gm)
Milk as you required
Salt 1 tsp

Stuffing Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1 Cup (Boiled and Shredded)
Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Oregano 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 2 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add butter and mix it well and then add milk and knead it well. Dough Should be normal hard not soft. Now cover it and rest it for 20 minutes at Refrigerator.

Step 2: Now take a pan and add oil and add onion and slightly fry it and then add Carrot and slightly fry and then add Capsicum and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Boiled chicken and stir it and then take a glass and add Milk, Oregano, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder, Plain Flour and mix it well and then add it into chicken and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. After that turn off the flame and rest it until it become into room temperature.

Step 3: Now rolling the dough and cut it into circle shape with cutter and then take a baking tray and grease it with oil and then place the circle shape breads and then place chicken stuffing and then cover it with breads and then bind them with fork and brush with egg and then take a stick/toothpick and make holes on all of them. After that bake it for 30 minutes on 200c (Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c) After that your Mini Chicken Pies are Ready.
