Ingredients:
Rice 2 Cup/1/2 Kg (Soaked)
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Fennel 1 tsp (Crushed)
Cumin 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 15
Green Cardamom 4
Star Anise 1
Black Cardamom 1
Almond 10
Raisins 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Yogurt and add Ginger Garlic Paste, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Tikka Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder and mix it well and then add Chicken and mix it well.
Step 2: Now take a pot and add 2 tbsp oil and preheat it and then add Almond, Raisins, Pistachio and fry it well and then dish out them.
Step 3: Now add 2 tbsp more oil into pot and add marinated chicken and fry it well on high flame after that dish out it.
Step 4: Now add 1/4 cup more oil into pot and add Onion and fry them until they becomes into golden brown color. After that add Cumin 1 tbsp, Black Pepper 15, Green Cardamom 4, Star Anise 1, Black Cardamom 1 and stir it well and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it well and then add Coriander Seeds, Fennel and stir it well and add fried chicken and stir it well and add Soaked Rice and stir it and add 4 cups water and stir it and cook it for 10 minutes on high flame.
Step 5: After that add fried Almond, Raisins, Pistachio and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your Mughlai Chicken Pulao is Ready.
