Ingredients:
- Eggs 3
- Mushrooms 1/4 Cup (Cooked)
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Salt as to taste
- Black Pepper as to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
Direction/Method:
- Take a large bowl and add eggs and add Salt, Black Pepper, Mustard Paste and whisk it well and now take a pan/tawa and add 1 tbsp oil and heat it. After that put all egg batter on the pan/tawa and sprinkle Mushrooms and Cover with lid and cook for 4 minutes on low flame. After that turn it and cook from back side for 2 minutes and After that Your Mushrooms Omelette is Ready.
